After intense outdoor training, hiking, or muddy trail walks, clear loose dirt and debris from the strap. Hand wash the collar in cold water using a mild, pet-safe soap. Avoid utilizing bleach, fabric softeners, or harsh industrial chemical cleaners, as they can weaken the high-tensile nylon matrix and degrade the stitching.

Rinse the metal rivets and adjustment slides thoroughly to flush out any trapped sand, salt, or moisture. Shake off excess water and lay the collar completely flat to air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated space. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
