REFUND & RETURN POLICY — PAWZATION AUSTRALIA

At Pawzation Australia, we want you and your furry friends to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policies are designed to be transparent and comply fully with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

1. Our 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which gives you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This extended window ensures you have ample time to verify the quality and fit of your pet products.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (new and unused).

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For hygiene reasons, items that show signs of heavy use, pet hair, or odors cannot be accepted for return unless they are defective.

3. Return Shipping & Fees

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden costs:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If an item is faulty or incorrect, Pawzation Australia will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

  • Change of Mind: For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our Saint Marys facility.

  • Restocking Fees: We charge $0 restocking fees for all returns. You will receive the full value of your original purchase price.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at info@pawzation.com with your order number.

  2. Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label for you to download and print.

  3. Approved returns must be sent to our Australian business address: Pawzation Australia Unit 4/55 Australia Street, Saint Marys NSW 2760, Australia

Please note: Returns sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

5. Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the product is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@pawzation.com. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods (such as pet treats or food).

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids.

  • Gift cards.

7. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your statement.

8. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
