1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across Australia and New Zealand, with no minimum spend required.

  • Australia: 8–10 business days after dispatch.

  • New Zealand: 8–10 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery timeframes are estimates. While we aim to meet these windows, delays may occur due to carrier volumes or customs processing.

3. Currency & Taxes All prices are displayed and charged in your local currency (AUD for Australia and NZD for New Zealand). As an Australian small business currently below the GST registration threshold, no GST is charged on your purchase. The price you see is the final price you pay.

4. Order Tracking Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the tracking status after receiving your link.

5. Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. Pawzation Australia is not responsible for orders delayed or undelivered due to incorrect address information.

6. Damaged or Missing Items If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at info@pawzation.com.au (or your verified email) within 7 days. Please retain all packaging and provide photos of the damage so we can assist you with a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
