Maintain the loft of your Cloud-Burrow Cave:

  • Initial Setup: Due to vacuum packaging, the bed may arrive flat. Shake vigorously and allow 48 hours to fully expand to its resilient, fluffy shape.

  • Washing: Place the entire bed in the washing machine on a cold, gentle cycle.

  • Drying: Air dry flat or tumble dry on low/no heat. Avoid high heat, as it can make the synthetic plush fibers feel dry or brittle.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
