Product User & Care Guide

To maintain the high-tensile strength, elastic tension buffer, and crisp look of your hands-free leash set, simple routine maintenance is recommended. Separate the leash from the waist belt prior to cleaning. Hand wash both pieces in a basin filled with cool water and a mild, pet-safe laundry detergent. Avoid using bleach, industrial fabric softeners, or harsh chemical spot treatments, as extreme chemical properties can degrade the internal elastic core and weaken the polyester fibers over time.

Rinse the entire set thoroughly to clear away all residual soap suds that could cause skin friction. Open the metal swivel hook completely and rinse under water to remove trapped sand or dirt. Press out excess moisture with a dry towel and lay both the belt and leash flat to air dry in a shaded, well-ventilated space. Do not place the leash setup inside an automated clothes dryer or expose it to direct heating elements, as high machinery heat can damage the internal rubber bungee core, causing it to lose its shock-absorbing elasticity.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
